The short version: Pawmology is free, so there's nothing for us to refund today. Owners and sitters settle payments for pet care between themselves.

Pawmology is free

Pet owners never pay to use Pawmology. Sitters, walkers and groomers use it free during our Huntsville launch, and Pawmology pays for sitter background checks.

Payments between owners and sitters

Pawmology doesn't take payments for pet care. Owners and sitters agree on prices, cancellations and refunds between themselves. If a sitter doesn't show up or something goes wrong, tell us with Report this profile on the sitter's profile or at support@pawmology.com. We can't refund money we didn't collect, but we will review the sitter's account.

Paid plans (when they arrive)

We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any charge.
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and keep working until the end of the paid month. We don't refund part-months.
Annual plans get a full refund if cancelled within 14 days of payment.
We always refund duplicate charges and charges made in error.
Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play follow their refund rules.
Founding sitter perks are honored as promised.
