Terms of Use
Effective October 30, 2026
Pawmology is an organizer, not a vet. It stores and shares the information you enter. It doesn't give medical advice, and it doesn't check that your records are correct. In an emergency, call a veterinarian.
Agreement
By creating an account or using pawmology.com, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us at support@pawmology.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your content
You own the information and photos you add. You give us permission to store them and to show them to you and to the people you send care-sheet links to, only as needed to run the service. You're responsible for making sure your entries are accurate, and that you're allowed to share any contact details or photos you add.
Care sheets and caregivers
- A care sheet shows what you entered. Before you travel, review it and confirm medications, doses and allergies directly with your sitter or groomer.
- Caregivers should follow the owner's and the veterinarian's instructions, and contact them if anything is unclear or a pet seems unwell.
- Pawmology doesn't employ, screen or recommend sitters, groomers or vets, and isn't responsible for the care they provide.
Acceptable use
Don't use Pawmology to break the law, to store information about people without a good reason, to upload harmful code, or to try to access other people's accounts or data. We may suspend accounts that do.
The service
Pawmology is currently free. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll give reasonable notice before removing a feature you rely on or introducing charges. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, so keep your vet's official records too.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in Pawmology is veterinary advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pawmology isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm resulting from inaccurate information entered by users or from the actions of caregivers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
Ending your use
You can stop using Pawmology and delete your account at any time from the Account section on your home screen. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for significant changes we'll tell account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use Pawmology after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
